The Northampton District Agricultural Society is pleased to announce that applications for stallholders for the 2026 Northampton Show are now open.
Please follow the links below according to whether you would like a trade space or to be a food vendor on the day.
After submitting your application you will receive an automated email and a member of the committee will follow up with further details.
Northampton District Agricultural Society (NDAS) Terms and Conditions for Stall Holders
Gates open 7am Saturday 12 September 2026. Stalls to be set up by 8.30am.
Use site allocated to you when informed by the NDAS.
Please do not call Committee members after hours.
Clean your site after use.
Abide by the Rules and Regulations of the NDAS.
All stall site fees are to be paid in full by the due date. Failure to settle fees by the due date may result in your site being passed to another applicant.
All stall holders are to follow instruction from the Chief Steward and Assistant Groundsman and may be asked to leave the Showground if not adhering to their instructions.
